Copyright & DMCA Policy

Dream respects intellectual-property and personal-likeness rights and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work (or likeness) claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material on Dream you want removed, with enough detail to locate it (e.g., the title link).
Your contact information (address, phone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.

Likeness and impersonation

Beyond copyright, using a real person’s voice or likeness without consent is prohibited. Report such content with the “Likeness / impersonation” reason on any title, or contact us directly.

Repeat-infringer policy

We maintain and enforce a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts that accumulate repeated validated copyright or likeness complaints are terminated. Strike actions are recorded in our internal audit log.
