Dream is a platform for discovering and publishing AI-native film. Anyone 13 or older can create a free account, in the United States. Features may change as the product evolves.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users on Dream. Specifically prohibited: unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or graphically violent content; content that infringes copyright; content that uses a real person’s voice or likeness without consent; and spam.
One account per person. Anyone can sign up for free; optional invite codes only grant elevated creator roles and are non-transferable. You are responsible for your password. You may delete your account at any time in Profile → Danger zone.
Where a creator revenue-share or Creator Rewards program is described, any dollar amounts shown are a non-binding test estimate. They are not earned, accrued as a payable balance, withdrawable, or income. Creator Rewards are not active until a payout program launches with identity and tax onboarding, and amounts may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Paid Creator Rewards / cash payout eligibility is 18+ and U.S.-only at launch; watching and posting may remain 13+ as stated above. See the Creator Payout Agreement and Marketplace Disclosures for program details. Those pages are effective when linked from these Terms and creator cash opens.
Watching and posting on Dream are free for everyone. Dream Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription at $4.99/month. It is built for you: a creator badge, ad-free watching, votes that count once verified-human checks land, and the ability to request a self-promo ad (reviewed by hand). Creator Rewards eligibility is a side effect of membership — not a donation product. Longer Studio analytics remain available to members as a minor tool. Posting remains free. Getting paid / withdrawing requires an active Dream Plus subscription when Creator Rewards open. Cash payout eligibility is 18+ and U.S.-only at launch.
Verified humans. Dream+ plus a simple person check (phone verification, with Apple/Google store identity already on the paid path) marks an account as a verified human. Only verified humans cast votes that count toward ranking, and only their activity counts hard toward Creator Rewards. Fake accounts and farms do not.
Votes and ads. Everyone can see vote counts; only verified Dream+ accounts can cast votes. Ads are separate from Dream+. Dream+ unlocks a self-promo ad request; Dream+ viewers stay ad-free. See How Dream stays fair.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account (iPhone) or your Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; that same account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You and Traders Grit LLC consent to personal jurisdiction there. Creator payout and marketplace details in the Creator Payout Agreement and Marketplace Disclosures use the same Delaware law and venue.
